The Danger Zone is pinned at the bottom of the Settings sidebar. Its actions are permanent, are written to the audit log, and have no support recovery. Export needed records before continuing.
Delete Your Account
Users who are not the organization owner can choose Delete My Account. The confirmation dialog requires the displayed confirmation text before PawPlacer permanently deletes the user account and signs the user out.
Owners cannot delete their own account while they own the organization. Transfer ownership first if the account needs to be removed.
Remove Organization Members
Owners and administrators can remove eligible members from the organization:
- Owners can remove any other member.
- Administrators can remove other non-owner members.
- Nobody can remove themselves through this control.
Removing a member revokes that person's membership in this organization. It does not permanently delete the person's PawPlacer user account.
The action requires selecting a member, reviewing the warning, and typing REMOVE.
Delete the Organization
Only the organization owner can delete the organization. The confirmation requires typing the organization name.
This deletes the organization and its data and also deletes every member user account associated with it. It cannot be undone.
Permissions
Every signed-in user can reach their own account-deletion control when eligible. Organization member removal requires administrator access, and organization deletion is owner-only.
