    Finding and Filtering Tasks

    Find a Board

On Tasks, search by board name or description and sort the board cards by date or name.

    Search Within a Board

Open a board and use Search tasks. The search matches task names and descriptions on that board.

    Combine search with:

    • One or more board tags.
    • Active, Completed, or Archived view.
    • Board or List display mode.

Active filter chips show the current search and tag filters and let you clear them individually.

    Find Tasks Elsewhere

    • Open a pet's Profile section to find tasks linked to that pet.
    • Use Dashboard Agenda or Calendar for dated tasks.
    • Use Upcoming for a broader schedule of due work.

Task search is scoped to the currently open board. PawPlacer does not provide a single cross-board task-text search on the Taskboards page; use pet and schedule views when those relationships are the best way to locate the work.
