Scheduled Tasks

A task enters schedule views when it has a due date and time.

Dashboard

The Dashboard Agenda and Calendar widgets show dated tasks alongside other operational work. Select a task to open its side panel, where you can edit details, complete it, or archive it.

Upcoming

Upcoming provides the broader table and calendar planning views for tasks, events, and medical work. Select a task there to open the same task panel.

Pet Today View

A task linked to a pet can also appear in the pet's Today care view when its timing and status make it current.

Change Scheduled Placement

Open the task and update Due Date. Completing, archiving, reopening, or rescheduling the task changes whether and where it appears. Tasks without a due date remain on their board but are not placed on date-based schedules.
