Pet Profiles

Find a Pet

Open Pets from the main navigation. The workbench has All, In Care, and Past views, table and gallery layouts, search, facets, sorting, pagination, and a link to Deleted Pets.

Select a row or gallery card to open the full profile. The row action menu also provides a quick preview.

Profile Header

The header shows the primary photo, name, status, species, sex, age, custom ID, photo count, and important placement or hold indicators. Pet Managers can:

  • Click the status to change it.
  • Click Edit to update the pet form.
  • Toggle Public or Private and copy the public link when eligible.
  • Open the QR code.
  • Use the action menu for printing, kennel cards, duplication, archive or restore, template conversion, and eligible deletion.

Summary metrics show Days in Care, Due Today, Meds, Tasks, Weight, and Documents.

Profile Sections

HistorySearchable activity across status, care, documents, tasks, placements, and related records
AI MatchesRanked adopter and foster suggestions when matching applies

Count badges identify records or upcoming work on relevant sections.

Search and Right Rail

Search this animal's record switches to History and filters the activity stream.

The right rail contains:

  • Quick log links for a note, task, weight, or photo update.
  • Vitals and a link to the full Profile section.
  • Care plan summaries for active prescriptions and food.
  • People & pairs for pending adopter, foster, and bonded relationships.
  • Tags.

Permissions

Pet Managers maintain profile, relationship, visibility, status, tag, and note data. Medical Managers can work with medical records and pet documents. Task work requires task access.
