Transports

Transports connects a route, driver, pets, schedule, mileage, costs, and internal instructions.

Open Transports

Open More > Transports. Transport access requires the Transport Coordinator permission.

Use Drivers in the Transports page header to open the driver roster. Drivers are part of the transport suite rather than a separate main-navigation item.

Transport Workbench

The list provides:

• Search by service, route, or driver.
• Journey-state filters: Scheduled, In transit, and Completed.
• Method filters: Car and Air.
• Sorting by service, miles, cost, or recent update.
• Pagination and configurable visible columns.

Rows show service and route, journey state, driver, pets, departure and arrival dates, and updated information. Select a row to open its profile.

Journey State

PawPlacer derives state from actual times:

• Scheduled: no actual departure.
• In transit: actual departure is recorded, but actual arrival is not.
• Completed: both actual departure and actual arrival are recorded.

Profiles

The transport profile presents the journey from scheduling through departure, arrival, and cost settlement. It also includes route and driver facts, transported pets, cost totals, notes, and activity.

Driver profiles contain contact and service areas, weekly capacity, trip and mileage statistics, availability notes, and assigned transports.
