Sharing Your Profile

The organization public URL is:

https://pawplacer.com/shelters/[organization-id]

Find the exact path in Settings > Organization Details. After making the profile public, open View Public Profile to preview it.

Share the Organization Page

Use the public URL in:

• Your website navigation
• Social profiles and posts
• Email newsletters
• QR codes and printed material
• Partner or community listings

The public profile includes its own sharing action.

Share a Pet

An eligible public pet has a page at:

https://pawplacer.com/search/[pet-id]

Open the pet profile in PawPlacer and use the sharing action next to its visibility control. A public pet page can include the photo gallery, public profile fields, fee information, application actions, organization contact or location details, and other available pets.

Internal notes, source documents, medical history, and staff-only fields are not shown.

Verify Before Publishing

1. Open the organization URL in a private browser window.
2. Check the logo, description, contact information, location, and schedule.
3. Search and filter the pet gallery.
4. Open several pet pages and application actions.
5. Test public forms and any payment action the organization intends to offer.
6. Confirm retailer and social links open the intended destination.

Repeat this check after changing public settings, form templates, payment providers, or status visibility.
