Managing Veterinarians

Veterinarian Workbench

Open More > Medical > Veterinarians. Use:

• Active, All, and Archived views.
• All, active, archived, and results metrics.
• Search by name, email, phone, or clinic.
• Name and recency sorting.
• Selection with bulk archive/unarchive actions.

The table shows veterinarian identity, clinic, specialties, and updated information. Header actions link to Clinics and the Medical Hub.

Add or Edit

The full-page form includes:

• Name (required).
• Optional clinic, direct address, phone, email, and description.
• Specialties.
• Weekly operating hours.

When a clinic is selected, a veterinarian cannot be scheduled on a day the clinic is closed. Enabling a day can seed the clinic's hours, and the form warns when veterinarian hours extend outside the clinic's schedule.

Veterinarian Profile

The profile includes:

• Active or Archived status, contact information, clinic link, and specialties.
• Veterinarian tenure, treatments, revenue, clinic, pets treated, average cost, and service count.
• Weekly hours and treatment history.
• Service pricing.
• Search, activity, print, edit, and profile-image upload.

Service Pricing

Open the veterinarian profile and use the action in Service Pricing to add or edit services and estimated costs. Pricing is managed on the profile rather than the main veterinarian form.

Archive or Delete

Click the status badge to archive or unarchive. Archived veterinarians stay available for history but are removed from the Active view. Use the profile action menu to permanently delete a veterinarian.

Primary Veterinarian

When the active pet form template includes Primary Veterinarian, edit the pet profile and set that field there. The selected veterinarian can then be reused as a default in medical workflows.
