Medical Suite

The Medical Suite is the account-wide hub for clinics, veterinarians, medications, and prescriptions. Individual care records remain on each pet's Medical tab.

Open Medical

Open More > Medical. Medical access requires the Medical Manager permission or an administrator role.

Medical Hub

The hub shows:

• Active Prescriptions and the total number on record.
• Needs Attention for active prescriptions past their end date or out of refills.
• The medication catalog count.
• The combined clinic and veterinarian care network.

Section cards link to Clinics, Veterinarians, Medications, and Prescriptions. The prescription health rail summarizes active, ended, out-of-refills, and total records, and recent prescription activity links to the affected profiles.

The primary action is Add Prescription. The adjacent action menu adds a medication, clinic, or veterinarian.

Resource Workbenches

• Clinics and Veterinarians have Active, All, and Archived views, search, metrics, sorting, selection, and bulk archive/unarchive actions.
• Medications has catalog search, sorting, profiles, and CSV/Excel bulk upload.
• Prescriptions has All, Active, Completed, and Stopped views, search, sorting, and bulk status actions.

Pet Medical Records

Open a pet's Medical tab for exams, vaccinations, procedures, diagnostics, prescriptions, conditions, weight logs, preventatives, and treatments. The combined timeline tracks past care, due work, follow-ups, recurrence, documents, and completion.

Medical dates also feed Dashboard care and schedule widgets and Upcoming.
