Managing Clinics

Clinic Workbench

Open More > Medical > Clinics. The workbench provides:

• Active, All, and Archived views.
• Metrics for all clinics, active clinics, archived clinics, and current results.
• Search by name, address, phone, or email.
• Name and recency sorting.
• Page selection with bulk Archive and Unarchive actions.
• A switch to Map view.

Rows show the clinic identity plus location, associated veterinarians, and updated information. Select a row to open the profile; use its row menu to open or edit it directly.

Map View

Map view combines clinic markers with a clinic list. The list can show phone, address, today's hours, and associated veterinarians. Select a clinic to focus its marker or open the clinic profile. On smaller screens, the list is available from a sheet so the map remains usable.

Clinics need valid coordinates to appear as map markers. Selecting an address suggestion in the clinic form stores the location information used by the map.

Add or Edit a Clinic

The clinic form includes:

• Name (required).
• Address, phone, email, website, and description.
• Weekly operating hours.

Turn a weekday on to add open and close times; turn it off to mark the clinic closed. Add and edit are full-page forms, and the edit page links back to the profile.

Clinic Profile

The profile includes:

• Active or Archived status and contact/location facts.
• Clinic tenure, veterinarian count, treatment totals, revenue, pets treated, and average cost.
• Associated veterinarian records.
• Details and weekly hours.
• Treatment history for procedures, vaccinations, and exams.
• Search, activity, print, edit, and profile-image upload.

Click the status badge to archive or unarchive the clinic. Archived clinics stay on file and are removed from the Active view. Use the profile action menu only when the clinic should be permanently deleted.

Veterinarians are associated through their own add/edit form. Clinic profiles roll up the care and cost data connected through those veterinarians.
