    Foster List

Open Fosters from the main navigation. The workbench provides:

    • Metrics for all fosters, pending review, inactive records, and current results.
    • All Fosters, Needs Review, Active, and Inactive views.
    • Search by foster name, email, or fostered pet.
    • Status and tag facets.
    • Sorting by name, recently updated, most space free, most pets fostered, or status.

Rows can show status, capacity, active assignments, linked roles, tags, updated date, and custom fields enabled for the list.

    Foster Profile

The identity header shows the foster's name, status, linked-role chips, address context, and:

    • Foster Since
    • Currently Fostering
    • Completed Fosters
    • Average Duration Days

The toolbar contains Profile, Documents, Search this foster, and Print.

The left rail contains contact, application, home and capacity facts, saved profile or status notes, tags, and document navigation. The center profile contains:

    • Application History, when available.
    • Assignments with status filters and placement actions.
    • Custom Details from the foster form.
    • Email History.
    • AI Matches, when matching is in use and the user has access.

The right context column contains Activity and Team Notes. Documents open as a full tab rather than a compact card.

    Profile Actions

Depending on status and data, the profile can offer:

    • Edit
    • Print Application or Download Application
    • Convert to Adopter or Convert to Volunteer
    • Send Email
    • Archive, Unarchive, or Delete

Archive is unavailable while the foster has pets currently assigned.

    Status Alerts

Pending applications show Approve and Decline when review actions are available. Training, blocked, suspended, and denied records show status-specific notices and saved reasons when present.

    Permissions

Foster management requires the Foster Coordinator role. Users without access see a permission notice.
