      Notes on Foster Profiles

Foster profiles include two note areas:

      • Note: A single profile note shown in the left information rail when present.
      • Team Notes: Internal threaded notes for staff collaboration.

The Team Notes card requires the Foster Coordinator role. Use it for application review comments, placement context, follow-up reminders, and decisions your team should keep with the foster record.

      Documents on Foster Profiles

The Documents card in the left rail stores files connected to the foster. Common examples include:

      • Foster agreements.
      • Identification.
      • Home visit reports.
      • Training certificates.
      • Licenses or permits.
      • Other supporting files.

From the compact document manager, you can upload, preview, download, edit, or delete files. Foster documents also appear in the central Documents section as entity documents.

      Custom Field Documents

If your foster form includes upload, agreement, or signature fields, those files and values are displayed with the foster's custom details. Use the Edit action to update form-driven fields.
