Open More > Volunteers, then click Schedule in the workbench header.
Calendar Controls
The toolbar provides:
- Previous and next range.
- A date picker and Today.
- Search by volunteer name or email.
- A volunteer multi-select filter.
- A view selector.
Clear filters to return to all scheduled volunteers. The calendar uses a consistent color for each volunteer.
Views
- Day: an agenda for one day.
- 5 days: five consecutive days on a timeline.
- Week: seven days on a timeline.
- Month: compact month grid with overflow lists.
Desktop starts in 5-day view. Smaller screens use Day view.
Calendar Blocks
A block shows the volunteer and time. Recurring weekly availability has a clock icon and a recurring label. One-time shifts show scheduled or completed state.
Select a block to open the volunteer profile when you have edit access.
Complete One-Time Shifts
A scheduled one-time shift shows a check action. Click it to mark the shift completed. Completed shifts show a completed icon and contribute to the volunteer's Hours This Year metric.
Recurring blocks describe weekly availability and cannot be completed.
If no visible volunteers have recurring availability or one-time shifts, the calendar shows an empty schedule state.
