The Dashboard offers two schedule widgets:
- Agenda presents a prioritized list of dated work.
- Calendar places scheduled items into responsive date columns.
Agenda
Use the Agenda's time filters to switch between:
- Today
- Next 7 days
- All
Overdue work remains visible in the relevant near-term lists. The widget shows a limited set of items first; use View All when it appears to review the rest.
Calendar
The Calendar chooses a practical number of visible days based on the widget width. Use the previous and next controls to move through date ranges, then select an item to open its source record.
Included Work
Depending on permissions and available data, schedule widgets can include:
- Tasks and events.
- Medical occurrences.
- Adoption follow-ups and meet-and-greets.
- Surrender intakes.
- Transports.
- Volunteer shifts.
Change the Schedule
The widgets are schedule summaries. Change dates, status, or completion details in the source task, event, medical record, transport, volunteer profile, or other linked workflow. Use Calendar for the full cross-feature planning view.
