Events and Tasks on the Dashboard

The Dashboard brings dated work into shared schedule widgets and can also provide task-specific summaries.

Agenda and Calendar

The Agenda and Calendar widgets can include tasks, events, medical occurrences, adoption follow-ups, meet-and-greets, surrender intakes, transports, and volunteer shifts. Select an item to open the associated record or task panel.

These widgets do not replace the source pages:

• Manage task details and status from Tasks.
• Manage event details from More > Events.
• Review the broader cross-feature schedule from Upcoming.
• Manage pet care from the pet's Medical tab or the Medical Suite.

Task Widgets

When available to your role, task-related widgets can show:

• Board tasks and their due dates.
• Work needing attention in the Actions Hub or action queue.
• Pet-care or operational tasks included in other summaries.

Selecting a task opens its task panel, including details, documents, and comments when you have access.

Keep Schedule Data Accurate

Dashboard schedules are built from each source record's date and status. Update the task due date, event schedule, medical occurrence, transport timing, or volunteer shift in its source workflow to change what appears on the Dashboard.
