Quick Search

The Quick Search widget finds operational records without leaving the Dashboard.

Add Quick Search

Quick Search is included in the default dashboard. If you removed it, choose Add Widget and add Quick Search again.

Searchable Records

Search results are grouped by the record types your role can access. These can include:

• Pets, adopters, fosters, volunteers, and surrender applications.
• Adoptions, events, tasks, transports, and drivers.
• Clinics, veterinarians, medications, and prescriptions.
• Donors, donations, and wishlist items.
• Food products and documents.

Enter part of a name or other identifying text, then select a result to open its record. When the search is empty, Quick Search can show recently accessed or recently updated pets and adopters for faster navigation.

Search Scope

Quick Search respects account access and feature permissions. A record type does not appear when your role cannot access it, and results are limited to the current account.

For advanced filtering or full lists, open the feature's own list page after finding the relevant area.
