Events

Events tracks adoption days, fundraisers, training, clinics, volunteer activities, meetings, and other scheduled gatherings.

Open Events

Open More > Events. Event access requires the Event Manager permission or an administrator role.

Events Workbench

The header shows counts for Upcoming, Ongoing, Completed, and Cancelled events. Use Add Event to open the full-page event form.

The left rail includes:

• Time windows: All time, Next 7 days, Next 30 days, and Past.
• Type and status filters with account-wide counts.
• An Up next list.

Search matches event names, places, and cities. Active filter chips appear above the results.

Table View

The desktop table shows:

• Event name, visibility, type, and description.
• Date, time, and relative timing.
• Location.
• Status.
• Current attendance and capacity.

Select a row to open the event profile. The row menu can open or duplicate the event.

On narrow screens, the same results appear as agenda cards with date, status, type, time, location, and actions.

Calendar View

Switch to Calendar for 5-day, week, or month layouts. The same search, scope, type, and status filters remain active. Selecting a calendar event opens its profile.

Event Types and Statuses

The event form offers these types: General, Adoption Event, Fundraiser, Training, Medical, Volunteer, Meeting, and Other.

Statuses are Draft, Upcoming, Ongoing, Completed, and Cancelled.

Related Surfaces

Dated events can appear in Dashboard schedule widgets, Upcoming, and Dashboard Quick Search. The event's public/private flag is also visible in the table and profile.
