Managing Flyers
Flyers allow you to create professional promotional materials for your pets, events, and shelter campaigns. With an intuitive drag-and-drop editor, you can design eye-catching flyers without any design experience.

Accessing Flyers
- Navigate to More from the main menu
- Click on Flyers to access the flyer management area
Understanding the Flyers List
The flyers page displays all your created flyers in a grid layout, showing:
- Thumbnail preview of the flyer design
- Flyer name
- Creation date
- Quick actions accessible via the menu button on each flyer
Available Actions
Creating a New Flyer
- Click the Create Flyer button to view available templates
- Choose from:
- Blank Template: Start with an empty canvas
- System Templates: Pre-designed templates for common use cases
- Organization Templates: reusable templates already available to your organization
Managing Existing Flyers
For each flyer in your list, you can:
- View: Click on any flyer to open it in preview mode
- Edit: Access the editor to make changes
- Duplicate: Create a copy to use as a starting point for a new flyer
- Delete: Remove flyers you no longer need
Bulk Operations
- Click the Select button to enter selection mode
- Click on flyers to select them (selected flyers show a blue border)
- Use Select All to choose all flyers at once
- Click Delete to remove multiple flyers at once
- Click Cancel to exit selection mode

Templates help you create consistent, professional flyers quickly:
System Templates
Pre-designed templates for common needs include:
- Pet adoption flyers
- Event announcements
- Volunteer recruitment
- Foster home appeals
- Donation campaigns
Custom Templates
If your organization has custom flyer templates, they appear on the templates page alongside system templates. Selecting one creates a new editable flyer from that template.
Template Management
From the templates page, you can:
- Rename custom templates to organize them better
- Duplicate a template into a new flyer
- Delete templates you no longer need
Viewing and Sharing Flyers
Preview Mode
Click on any flyer from the list to open it in preview mode, where you can:
- View the full-size flyer
- Print directly from your browser
- Download the flyer as a PDF or HTML file
- Navigate to the editor with the Edit button
Printing Flyers
- Open the flyer in preview mode
- Click the Print button
- Your browser's print dialog will open
- The flyer is optimized for standard 8.5" x 11" paper
Sharing Options
While viewing a flyer, you can:
- Use your browser's print-to-PDF feature to save as a PDF
- Take a screenshot to share on social media
- Use the Download menu to export PDF or HTML
