Flyer WorkbenchCreate a FlyerDrafts and Active Flyers

Flyers provides a visual editor for adoption events, individual pets, volunteer recruitment, fundraising, and announcements. Open it from More > Flyers.

Flyer Workbench

The workbench opens in Gallery view and includes:

  • Summary counts for all flyers, active flyers, drafts, and current results.
  • All, Active, and Draft views.
  • Search by flyer name or description.
  • Sorting by creation date, last update, name, or status.
  • Gallery and Table layouts.
  • Actions to open, edit, copy, or delete a flyer.
  • Multi-select deletion.

Select a flyer to open its record page, where you can preview, print, download, or edit it.

Create a Flyer

Choose Create Flyer. Start with a blank US Letter canvas or one of the built-in templates:

  • Adoption Event
  • Pet Profile
  • Volunteer Recruitment
  • Fundraising Campaign
  • General Announcement
  • Tricky Tray Event

Choosing a template creates a new flyer copy, so editing the flyer does not change the source template.

Drafts and Active Flyers

New flyers begin as drafts. Change the status to Active in the editor when the flyer is ready.

Active flyers can appear in an available public Flyers section, where visitors can preview them and download a PDF. Draft flyers remain internal.

Flyer access is limited to Admin and Privileged roles.
