Key sections from this documentation page.

Items WorkbenchPet Schedules WorkbenchPet Profiles

Open More > Food & Supplements to manage the products your organization keeps and the schedules assigned to pets.

Items Workbench

The default page is the inventory workbench. It includes:

  • Counts for all items, food, supplements, and stock alerts.
  • All, Food, and Supplements views.
  • Search by item, brand, or vendor.
  • Sorting by name, stock, cost, or type.
  • Product identity, nutrition, type, stock, cost, and actions in the table.
  • A Pets action that opens the cross-pet schedule workbench.

Team members with Pet Manager or Medical Manager access can add and edit items. Choose Add Item to open a full-page form with Basic Info, Nutrition, Inventory, and Vendor sections.

Pet Schedules Workbench

Choose Pets from the inventory header to review active food and supplement plans across animals. It provides:

  • Total-pet, active-schedule, active-food, and active-supplement counts.
  • All Items, Food Only, and Supplements Only views.
  • Product and Active Only filters.
  • Search by pet and name sorting.
  • Gallery cards and a table layout.

Gallery cards show each pet's active items, serving amount, frequency, instructions, completion progress, daily calorie and cost estimates, and allergen warnings when data is available. Use the edit action on an item for a quick schedule update.

Pet Profiles

Open a pet and choose the Food section to add, edit, delete, or complete that pet's schedules. The profile also summarizes the diet, stock on hand, daily nutrition and cost, and any restrictions recorded on the active plan.

Marking a serving complete records the care activity and decreases product stock. Undoing the completion restores the corresponding stock.

Access requires Pet Manager or Medical Manager permission.
