Update Health Kennel Card to Display Diagnostic History Description

Currently, the Kennel Card does not display a pet’s diagnostic history. We are requesting an update to the "Health Kennel Card" view/printout to include a dedicated section for diagnostic entries to ensure staff and volunteers have immediate visibility into a pet's medical status.

We just made a few more medical types on the health kennel card toggle-able. Great suggestion.
