Customize "Notes" section

Allow users to move and expand the notes box from the tiny right hand side it's at. Currently it is too compact and scrunched.

We have added a new notes tab in addition to the sidebar, and also made the notes in profiles and in the Taskboard editor expandable via drag. Previews will still show in the sidebar like they used to.
