Custom adoption contract

Hi Tegan, can you elaborate on this a bit more? Contracts themselves don't support these fields at the moment, but custom forms (which contracts are tied to) do. Custom forms have a field type labeled "Legal agreements and contracts" and this allows you to collect either a user checkbox toggle, or require the user to use their cursor/finger to enter their signature. Custom fields, including this type, support including links (via markdown format). I think this is exactly what you're looking for. You could multiple fields, each of which would require its own acknowledgement and have its own conditions, or you could group them together. Let me know if you're thinking of something else!
