To build on this feature request, we would greatly appreciate the addition of 'Cages' as a more granular, optional location field. Since not all facilities use cages, this should remain optional. Additionally, the system needs the flexibility to handle complex cage assignments, such as associating a single pet to multiple cages simultaneously (to account for passthrough tunnels) or assigning a group of pets, like a litter, across a range of cages (e.g., cages 1-4). Finally, it would be incredibly helpful to include 'Cages' as an option for bulk updates directly from the main pets page, allowing us to move multiple animals efficiently.
