The current process requires staff to either hold open a QR code or use our own hardware for the duration of the checkout. This ties up personnel who could be assisting other adopters. Additionally, this rushed experience makes adopters feel pressured, leading them to skim the contract and reducing the likelihood of them donating when prompted. Please allow checkout forms to be sent directly to the adopter to complete on their own time.

Hi Candy's Cats, this has been fully implemented. You can send applications via email and you can also start the adoption process via the QR method, then close the modal while the recipient continues to fill out their application.
