Patty

About Patty

Great

It seems Patty was hit by a car and then dragged herself under a bush. She was lying injured for 3 days before we picked her up people were feeding her and there was a dog keeping her company. She didnt have any fractures but she couldnt walk so we were worried that she had nerve damage. After one week we started doing therapy with her and she began to walk on her own after two weeks. We really think she had an owner as she was very comfortable staying indoors. As soon as we let her out of quarantine, she made her way into the caretakers room and took up residence there. She never really got on with the other dogs and would frequently get into fights. We ended up keeping her in the office with Max, as they get on very well. He even let her share his bed from time to time but sometimes he banished her to the small bed. She is really good with people and some of the other dogs but she can be a bit of a bully with other dogs - she rules the office, chasing out any dog she doesnt want in there. She is very adoptable and would love nothing more to sleep under your next or on the floor next to the sofa she just loves being around people
