On 31 March 2024, we responded to a call from a reporter about a hit-and-run incident that left a dog unable to walk on the new diversion road. This road is a 4-lane highway and the strays there take their lives into their paws when they cross. Curiously, they also like sleeping on it which surely doesn't help. Ada's injuries did not seem too severe, but she was in shock for the first few days. Over the next couple of months, our laser therapy machine helped her regain her mobility, and she is now 100% up and around! She is quite the social butterfly, being one of those rare dogs who seems to be accepted by lots of different "gangs". She's very sweet and friendly, and would make a perfect family dog.
