Sassy was rescued on 16 August 2021, on the edge of death. She was in such a poor state, she wasn't interested in food, and barely responded to any care and affection. We found she loved chicken, and through generous donations, started to feed her up. Unfortunately, she had to have the cone of shame to stop her chewing away at her IV site, as this became infected and dead tissue had to be removed through surgery. She underwent an amazing transformation, and #is now unrecognizable!
